At the time of registration, the following documents have to be submitted to the school office.

  • Duly filled in registration form.
  • A self-attested copy of Birth Certificate.
  • A self-attested copy of proof of residence.
  • A self-attested copy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate, if applicable.
